Please read this agreement in full prior to booking your 90-minute consulting session with Selwonk, LLC.

1. Nature of Services

I understand that this consulting session is a one-time, high-impact strategic engagement provided by Jillian Knowles of Selwonk, LLC. This session is designed to assess and improve talent systems using the proprietary ALIGN Method™ and is not a coaching, legal, HR compliance, or mental health service.

2. Confidentiality & Data Use

I understand that all proprietary or sensitive company information shared during the session will remain confidential. Jillian Knowles may use anonymized, non-identifiable insights or references from the session for internal analysis, training, or promotional storytelling purposes, but no specific details, personal data, or identifying characteristics will be shared without explicit written permission.

3. Recording, Transcript & Deliverables

This session will be recorded and transcribed for client use. I will receive:

- A transcript of the session

- A strategic summary of insights and recommendations

- A roadmap aligned to the ALIGN Method™ focus areas

- No additional implementation support, custom tools, or deliverables are included beyond this scope unless otherwise contracted.

4. Intellectual Property

All frameworks, methods, language, and tools used or referenced during the session are proprietary intellectual property of Selwonk, LLC. Any reuse, repurposing, or internal redistribution of these materials must retain attribution to Jillian Knowles and Selwonk, LLC. Clients may implement recommended strategies but may not resell, rebrand, or externally publish proprietary materials without express permission.

5. Promotional Credit & Testimonial Use

I understand that this session includes a built-in value exchange: in return for strategic IP and advisory, I agree to provide a brief written testimonial or statement of value post-session, which may be featured (with my review and approval) on Selwonk’s website or marketing platforms.

6. Diagnostic Credit
If any Selwonk specialty service is booked within 30 days of this session, the cost of the 90‑minute diagnostic ($1,250 USD) will be applied toward your chosen service.

7. No Refund Policy

I understand that all consulting sessions are non-refundable. If I need to reschedule, I must do so with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice via email. Missed sessions or late cancellations will be forfeited without refund.

8. Attendance & Collaboration Guidelines

This session is intended for 1–2 primary decision-makers. One silent observer (e.g., note-taker or coordinator) may attend. Additional attendees must be disclosed in advance. This ensures clarity, confidentiality, and productive strategic focus.

9. Booking Confirmation & Intake

I understand that after booking, I will receive a required pre-session intake packet within 24 hours. This packet includes a short data pull, asset uploads, and strategic prompts. I agree to complete and return this packet at least 72 hours prior to my session. This is required to confirm and hold my slot.

10. Communications & Mailing List

By booking this session, I consent to receive relevant session communications and agree to be added to the Selwonk strategic mailing list. I may unsubscribe at any time.
